Butreff: 2005 FGC update + 2005 Euro + AGM
Dear all,
The 2005 FGC organisers are informing us that the dates for visas obtention at your closest ambassy will be from the 18th to the 25th of July. All selected sailors have to fill the visa form on the website: http://www.finngoldcup2005.ru before the end of the month.
Accomodation will be organised on a big cruiser ship moored at the Moscow Sailing School. There will be sufficient space to accomodate sailors, coaches and families. Special rates have been organised for the sailors.
All information on the accomodation as well as booking form will be posted on the website on the 15th of June.
With the entry restriction, there are many sailors on the waiting list.
I will ask that sailors who have not yet confirmed their attendance or sailors cancelling their participation do so as soon as possible in order to redistribute the available places in due time.
Entries for the 2005 Europeans shall be made directly by sailors on the official website: http://www.eurofinn2005.org
The AGM date is on the 7th of August at 6 PM. The exact location will be communicated on the day. I would like to remind every country wishing to make a submission that the deadline is the 30th of June. With the 2007 FGC being organised in Cascais in July during the combined ISAF Worlds, the only regatta to be allocated at this AGM is the 2007 Finn European championship.
For the newcomers, I would like to precise that the Finn European Championship is open to all countries.
Best regards,
Corinne McKenzie
